Product Purchases

If a product is damaged or defective please contact us for an equal exchange or replacement. Items may only be considered on defective or damaged products (this policy applies to wallets and tools), the customer agrees to contact customer support within 14 days of receipt for the return to be eligible. Please contact support@thezwallet.com for further instructions or questions. Most products are covered under our Warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details on what is and what is not covered.

 

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit, or return, for non-damaged goods within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Customers must contact our support team prior to submitting a request for a possible return or exchange. 

 

The Z Wallet reserves the right to accept or reject any purchase, exchange, or return for any reason.

 

Customers are responsible for costs involved in return such as shipping costs or any additional handling charges. The return shipping isn’t covered and refunds, when approved, will only be processed back to the original form of payment. Please note, if a refund is determined after we receive the product back, we will refund the cost of your original order minus the cost of shipping usually between $3-$5. This applies even if the order was placed under a free shipping offer. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the product back.

 

What items cannot be returned?

  • A replacement product
  • Free gifts
  • Products on sale or clearance
  • Any orders below $40 (not including shipping fees)

 

Please note: The Z Wallet cannot take responsibility for delays in shipping or timing. The shipping department works hard to get purchases out the same day when received before 3 pm EST or they are shipped immediately the next business day. The Z Wallet has no control and takes no responsibility for 3rd party shipping times or delays. Please contact the shipping company directly for more information.

 

Shipping on Returns

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If you ever feel your product isn’t functioning properly, you can contact us with your claim and we’ll do our best to make sure it’s right. Our warranty covers all the working parts of our products including our wallets and tools. Warranty coverage begins the day you bought your product. Please read the full details below to understand what is covered under warranty.

 

THE Z WALLET WARRANTY

We stand behind our wallets with high confidence that you will be happy with your purchase. Our wallets are made from the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. If your wallet is not functioning as it should, please contact us or submit a claim. Our wallet warranty covers the functionality and working parts of our wallets including:

  • Elastic materials
  • Money clips or metal pieces 
  • Wallet plates or pop-up feature
  • Opening or closing of the card compartment
  • The warranty does not cover claims due to damages caused by customer handling, overuse or misuse, storage, or treatment. We expect that over time general wear and tear will occur. The wallet warranty does not cover general wear and tear.

 

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Unauthorized repairs or custom modifications, or parts removal
  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, scrapes, and wear and tear
  • General wear on products
  • Other damages not related to functionality are not covered under the warranty

 

Warranty does not cover claims due to damages caused by customer handling, overuse or misuse, storage, or treatment.

 

General Wear and Tear and What Is Not Included In Warranty Coverage

We expect that over time general wear and tear will occur. As with any painted product, the paint adhesion to the material can be chipped, cracked, or worn down. In order to keep your wallet in pristine condition we recommend the following actions:

  • Never place your wallet in your pocket, bag, or purse with keys or other metal objects. The metal-to-metal contact will scratch and chip the paint and/or the metal surface. Just like on a car, if you take a key to it, it will scratch. Be mindful of what else you are putting in your pocket with your wallet.
  • It’s best to keep your wallet in your pocket, bag, or purse against a soft or cloth edge for the longest wear.
  • Never use harsh chemical cleaners on your wallet. If it gets dirty, dingy, or just needs a wash, use mild soap and water and wipe with a soft cloth to dry.

 

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Unauthorized repairs or custom modifications
  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, scrapes, and wear and tear
  • Water damage
  • Other damages not related to functionality are not covered under the warranty

 

SUBMIT YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM

Submit your Warranty Claim through our Warranty section of your account page or send us an email to your support team at support@thezwallet.com. Be sure to include a picture of your product and the part that is not functioning. Tell us what’s going on with it and we will assess the situation and get back to you within a few days.
